Returns & Cancellations


With a receipt or order # in our system, Clover Pond Vineyard will accept returns or exchanges based on the following policies:

Within 30 days of purchase, retail merchandise that is damaged may be returned for an exchange.

Within 90 days of purchase, if you have received a damaged or "flawed" bottle. For example, there is a wine flaw due to a processing issue (there is something chemically or physically wrong with the bottle, not that you don't like the taste), bring the bottle back to our tasting room and we will gladly exchange for any bottle of wine currently available at the location and time of the exchange (any difference in price may be refunded or balance paid by customer).
